Après avoir suivi des séminaires de Capital Market américain animés par Me Krystian Czerniecki (Partner du bureau de Francfort de Sullivan & Cromwell), les étudiants de troisième année du Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE ont eu la chance de bénéficier des enseignements en M&A américain dispensés par Me Richard Pollack (Managing Partner du bureau de Londres) et Lucas H. Carsley (European Counsel, bureau de Londres).

L’ensemble de la promotion remercie très chaleureusement les intervenants pour le temps qu’ils leur ont consacré et pour la richesse des enseignements. After attending US Capital Market seminars led by Krystian Czerniecki (Partner in the Frankfurt office of Sullivan & Cromwell), the third-year students of the Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE had the opportunity to follow a course on US M&A given by Richard Pollack (Managing Partner of the London office) and Lucas H.
